Describe what you make or sell?

I create distinct and delicious pastries, cookies and cakes for any occasion. Concentrating on naturally made, unique timeless delights. I'm influenced by Canadian desserts as well as all the flavours and pastries I've come across in this beautiful multicultural country and my travels abroad.

What inspires you to make what you sell? ~ OR ~ What are you most proud of making?

I love creating desserts that make people go "wow" and am continually trying to perfect flavours, textures and visual aspects of all pastries I do. I also get a lot of inspiration from fresh, seasonal ingredients and letting natural flavours shine.

 

If you could travel far far away, where would you go right now?

Japan. Love their pastries there, as well as the food, culture and nature.
