Describe what you make or sell?

I make natural wooden bunny ear teething rings that babes can chew, suck on, and play with. I also make sweet little bunny lovies for them to snuggle down with and help with self-soothing. A lovie is a nice first 'stuffed' animal for any babe, and they are made from a super-soft high quality organic bamboo fleece.

 

What inspires you to make what you sell? ~ OR ~ What are you most proud of making?

Most of my best friends started having children years before me and I always loved making them things! When we were blessed with our daughter in January 2016, I found that much more joy in making sweet things and seeing her enjoying them. I want other mamas to have that same feeling of giving their little babe something that is a one-of-a-kind, handmade item.

 

Is there anything else you'd like people to know?

Hope and Honeybird is named after my daughter, Hope, who was born in January 2016. Our family runs an at-home dog daycare and I am lucky that we get to be together as a family during the day. My husband is so supportive of everything I do and always makes sure I can carve out time in my day or after our little goes to bed to get in front of my sewing machine to create.

 

If you could travel far far away, where would you go right now?

Italy!!
