Describe what you make or sell?

Using premium chocolate couverture's, we hand craft molded and enrobed chocolate bon bon's. We also offer various chocolate bars with inclusions. Seasonal flavors and packaging, as well as chocolate gift items like chocolate shoes and cocoa pods.

 

What inspires you to make what you sell? ~ OR ~ What are you most proud of making?

We are always striving to use fresh, local ingredients where possible. We are especially happy to have added a line of panned items to our portfolio. Chocolate covered nuts, marzipan, and various other fillings.
