Describe what you make or sell?

I have a variety of decorative and functional glass items available, these include Christmas ornaments, unique cups and bowls, funky jars and hand engraved roundels.

What inspires you to make what you sell? ~ OR ~ What are you most proud of making?

I have always been drawn towards glass as a medium and have found myself pursing a career in the arts for this reason. I am enamoured by the history of glass and strive to be an active participant in the contemporary world. The possibilities are endless and I am always discovering new and creative ways to express myself through this material.

Is there anything else you'd like people to know?

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Glass and have studied internationally to further develop my practice.

If you could travel far far away, where would you go right now?

I have spent last few months in the Maldives doing an internship in a glass studio that focuses on using recycled bottle glass, in order to turn waste into wealth. Earlier this year the Italian maestro Lino Tagliapietra did an artists' residency at this studio and I was able to witness his work first hand. I am in awe of the craftsmanship that is involved in creating classic Venetian glass work and for this reason I would love the chance to visit the historical glass factories in Murano, Italy.
